Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate new accounts of clients, assisting with existing accounts of clients locally and regionally;
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Prepare Sales report and forecast;
• Responsibility to achieve the numerical value of the plan;
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Prepare Strategy Report for the South-East Asia Market;
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions
• To cover other areas of work-scope if deem necessary by the management;
• Any ad-hoc assignment assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Thorough understanding of marketing, negotiating techniques, and problem solving
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Fast learner and passion for sales: self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Able to travel overseas for work when needed
• Have pleasant personality, sociable, and responsible
