Job scopes: · Secure existing customers and generate new opportunities through supporting the needs of customer in terms of sales and technical aspects. · To prepare RFQ forms to headquarters and price quotations for customers · To screen through profile of new customers and submit new customer registration to headquarter · To discover and identify new potential customers from the market · To increase sales with both existing and new customers · To report the outcome of all business discussions · To prepare weekly/monthly reports to the management · To support and respond to all requests by customers eg. Critical delivery items · To foster good and clear communications with the Japanese counterparts and the factories · To support customers on RoHS Compliance and Chemical Substances Investigation by working closely with the factories · To participate and support the department for all advertising activities · Support sales promotional activities eg. Seminars/technical workshops & exhibitions · Support Marketing Managers for marketing research activities · To prepare and consider budget plans eg. Sales revenue, profit, business growth projection for all customers Requirements: · Diploma or degree in any field · Relevant sales experience in B2B environment · Resourceful, innovative and prompt in delivering service & products Excellent presentation organization skills |
