Job scopes;
- Establish client's contacts and initiate sales efforts
- To market and sell the venue to corporate clients
- Implement sales strategies to promote the company's services
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
- Market and sell Centre's facilities and services to potential clients
- Assist to benchmark cost, service and delivery against competitors
- Recommend and executive appropriate strategies on business processes, products and services to improve Centre's competitive edge
- Manage customer feedback after an event and recommend areas for improvement
- Work closely with the Experience Management team to secure repeat business
- Follow-up on enquiries and tentative bookings
- Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures are being adhered to
- Attend trade shows to obtain information and secure more sales for the Centre
- Any other duties assigned
