Sales Support Executive / Senior Executive

Location : East
Salary : $3000 to $4500

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the incumbent will be required to perform the full spectrum of sales support responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
Shipment coordination for specific accounts
Execute and control the implementation of activities in line with the validated SOP. Maintain and update SOPs, contact matrix and transport mapping
Work closely with the KAM and customers on common / recurrent service issues and provide improvements / solutions
Flexibility of ideas to transfer risk management into alternative solutions to ensure any service disruption could be recovered smoothly
Analyse monthly data and transpose to reports, KPI
Support on quotations, tender management
Contact customers following sales calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints

Job requirements
Minimum diploma
Knowledge in freight forwarding is a must
Minimum 2 years in a similar position
