Job Description
Works with business and technical team members to guide the team on Agile/Scrum ways of working, performs activities to improve design and development processes and become self-sufficient in Agile approaches; supports the start-up of teams/projects, runs the Scrum process; serves as a facilitator for both the product owner, team and management.
Job Responsibilities
- Spend time with the team / team leadership to understand their needs, problems, and wants
- Train the team on Agile concepts
- Help the team set up tooling to track their work
- Support the team as they go through their Agile transformation
- For all of the above, early in the activities/process, also mentor team members in developing their understanding and capability in Agile coaching
- Lead Program Increment Big Room Planning Events for a global organization
- Help develop stewardship metrics to make value deliver visible to management and business stakeholders
Requirement
Experience with IBM Design Thinking, Agile, DevOps, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS and SDLC.
o 5+ Years Agile Team Coaching Experience
o 3+ Years Experience participating on an Agile Team
o User Stories and Requirements Gathering
MUST HAVE
o Knowledge of and Experience utilizing Agile within a project
o Knowledge of how to plan and estimate an Agile project
o Knowledge of Agile Project Controls
o Knowledge of and Experience in General Agile Implementation
o Knowledge of and Experience with Scrum
o Knowledge of and Experience with Kanban
o Experience with Team Foundation Server for Agile Work Planning
o Knowledge and experience with Agile Technical Software Practices

o Paired Programming / Mob Programming
