You will be leading the integrated marketing and strategic planning for BU Asia Pacific. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the BU marketing communication strategies and social media programs in support of the strategic goals of all strategic business units.

To be successful, you will need to be a strategic thinker, possess strong business acumen and strong analytical skills with a sense of the process industry and competitive trends.

Strategic Planning

  • Responsible for the Business Unit annual strategic plan and Forward 5-year growth plan and its cadence process
  • Manage and maintain the BU Asia planning cycle and its market analytics database
  • Undertake a broad range of assignments to provide in-depth business analytics support to understand market dynamics, including identifying trends, competitor positions and emerging opportunities
  • Provide support to the GM/VP of BU Asia Pacific in the preparation and execution of internal global and world area planning meetings, through the gathering, analysis and organization of appropriate data
  • Act as an internal consultant to the business, supporting tactical and strategic decisions and recommendations with internal/external data



Integrated Marketing

  • Drive the overall BU Asia Pacific marketing communication strategy and its programs to achieve market reach and awareness
  • Creating marketing differentiation strategies to drive compelling and consistent industry solution messaging across all SBUs and channels to generate customer demand in supporting business goals
  • Responsible for the business digital content and social media strategies to drive customers engagement
  • Lead the utilization and maintenance of all Asia Pacific Customer Experienced Centers, product collateral and marketing campaign assets



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields including Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, Communications with an MBA.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Strategy, Marketing or Product Management. Preferred experience in process instrumentation or industrial automation industries.
  • Motivated individual with strong leadership skills and creativity
  • Ability to balance multiple assignments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical and MS office skills
