Job Responsibilities:

• To provide pre-sales and post-sales applications support to expand the company's diagnostics opportunities in the Southeast Asia market. This includes reproductive health, applied genomics, and immunodiagnostics.

• Establishes the pre-sales and post-sales support strategy basis for current and prospective clients. Works with distributor partners and direct sales teams to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to new and existing customers.
• Provides pre-sales and post-sales support and systems configuration recommendations.
• Develops and applies methods, theories and research techniques to provide solutions to technical problems.
• Work cooperatively and in partnership with regional Product Managers and other Business leaders to help drive Indochina diagnostics business success.
• Collaborate with Service in supporting and meet customers' requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or postgraduate in biotechnology, biological sciences or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years applications support in a Field Sales environment.
• Sound technical knowledge and experience in diagnostics industries in Singapore. Preferably in Southeast Asia.
• Applications Support: Proven track record in applications support to end customers & product knowledge of latest technology in the genomics, molecular and laboratory automation.
