Job Description:
- Salary up to $6,600
- 5 day per week (Mon-Fri)
- Established chain Hotel
Job Roles:
- Maintain and update information in areas of external event calendar, competitor rate intelligence, RevPar penetration and sector trend analysis
- Monitor competitors' pricing and recommends appropriate actions
- Understand the composition of hospitality industry profitability to evaluate business so as to provide input for future rate setting and negotiation
- Ensure efficacy in inventory control and property management
- Report to Vice President, Revenue and oversee Revenue Department's daily operations
- Work closely with Sales and Reservations departments to manage overbooking and transfers to/from other properties
- Accurate communication on rates and selling strategy to Sales and Revenue team
- Conduct bi-monthly revenue management meeting with Revenue and Operations division
- Provide recommendation and support to Operations division on tactical information and strategic business plan
- Preparation of regular reporting such as forecast report and etc
- Recommend feasible proposals to enhance revenue and guest experience
- Ensure compliance in accordance with company's standards
Prerequisite:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma
- 5 years of management experience in Hospitality industry
- Excellent in problem solving and decision making
- Ability to diagnose problems and analyse information
- Detailed oriented with high level of accuracy
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with good business judgement
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as contribute as a team
