Purpose of the Position
Responsible for Sourcing & Supplier Management of Commodities assigned. Implements sourcing plans to effectively manage the sourcing activities related to his/her assigned portfolio in order to maximize supplier performance (cost, quality, lead time) and support the business plan

• Develop and implements sourcing plans with the goal of assuring specified quality, required delivery times and minimizing the total cost of the products and services
• Conducts RFI/Q/P (Request for Information/Quotation/information/Proposal) and bidding
• processes, minimizing risk and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery and cost
• Conduct new items sourcing and update SAP system with correct supplier, price, lead-time and minimum order quantity
• Evaluates current and prospective suppliers through supplier reviews, site visits and audits, in
• coordination with Supplier Development teams, to assure supply capabilities, on-time delivery, quality and service
• Negotiates prices and terms with suppliers in order to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objectives
• Builds strong relationships with internal customers in order to meet defined objectives
• Identifies opportunities and implements actions to continually reduce wasted time, money and
• resources from assigned tasks
• Drive cost reduction process improvement and innovation projects
• Conduct Quarterly/Annual Business Review with critical suppliers
• Complies with company and local procedures applicable to the job function
• Employees may be assigned other duties in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the location or Company

Position Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering
• Min. 5 years of experience in sourcing area, in particular related to sourcing and/or category management

Competencies

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills. Sourcing process execution knowledge (RFX processes, requirements gathering and collection), understanding of pricing models
• Understanding in vendor management
• Good influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
• Google Office tools , SAP as an advantage
• Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
• Good at communicating in a professional manner
• Display a strong work ethic and ability to comply with internal controls and policies
• International mind-set
