Job description:

• Work together with hiring manager to identify the needs and requirements for hiring
• Responsible for end to end recruitment process from sourcing of candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing offers and salary package
• Assist HRBP manager in recruitment matters
• Review rates, services, terms & conditions for recruitment channels
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for report manager and management review
• Attract qualified candidates and manage the talent pool at all times

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Good understanding of Employment Act is preferred
