Main Purpose Of Role:
We are seeking to employ a Talent Development Executive. The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Human Resource Department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Talent Development Manager in the administration of the company's training needs and companywide E-learning programme
- Ensure timely submission of training records into the Skillsconnect system
- Apply and manage government funding programme (Earn and Learn, SDF Funding, Course Fee, Absentee Payroll).
- Record and compile training data for monthly training report
- Update training calendar and ensure training information is available to all staff
- Coordinate and facilitate the New Employee Orientation Program
- Administer training related requisition and invoices
- Provide administrative support for in-house training including course registration, course confirmation, training logistics setup, training materials preparation, course evaluation for review of course effectiveness and audit support
- Participate in training related or corporate projects and help organize staff events
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Training/Human Resource Department
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Meticulous, resourceful and with excellent Interpersonal communication
- Able to work independently and in a team to meet tight deadlines for compliance with legal requirements
- Proficient in Vlookup, Pivot tables
- Must have experience in government grant management
