The team focuses on Data Privacy and surrounding topics such as the implications of new Global legislation and the impacts of Brexit. The team supports queries in this area that come from both internal and external clients, with cases that are across the globe.
Queries received flow into the ticket handling tool, where cases are assigned to provide status updates and seek the relevant guidance in order to provide clients with an answer to their questions. The candidate should be comfortable working on complex queries that comes in and are able to utilize resources and key contacts to deliver the answers needed.
We are looking to expand and grow the Helpdesk team responsible but not limited to:
- Handle enquiries via email and slack from both internal and external clients
- Proactively solve problems and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal impact to customer and employee satisfaction
- Identify the most appropriate course of action for problem resolution and effectively communicate plans to those impacted
- Contribute to building new resources so that the team can learn from answers shared by SME's
- Prioritize cases with different levels of urgency
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in IT or any related field
- With more than 3 years of helpdesk background and customer interaction
- Must be service focus and a team player with a "can do" attitude
- With the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
