University Campus Recruitment Lead/ Giant Pharma/ (Contract) - Biopolis

• Client is a Giant Pharmaceutical, located at Biopolis
• Looking for a Campus Recruitment Lead ( University Relations & Social Media )
• 1 year contract, renewable

The incumbent will be responsible for the following, primarily for Singapore, with secondary responsibilities for Malaysia and other regional markets:

• 
  Lead social media initiatives for talent acquisition & employer branding- e.g. LinkedIn postings, Twitter, FB, etc.
  * All end to end hiring with business and manage the whole process of recruitment for university hiring early talent
  o Strategy in collation with business and GTA team colleagues and HRBP
  o Selection OF universities
  o Process management with university and business
  o Creating position in TALEO WITH BUSINESS
  o End to end hiring process for all university hiring.
  o Managing offer
  o Onboarding activity

Requirements:

- Great working attitude and team player.

- Good communication skills, to be able to work well with the team, HM and other stakeholders.

- Good PowerPoint skills

- Need someone experienced in university hiring has good knowledge in this space.
