Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements related to student administration, admissions, financial aid, and other campus processes.
- Configure and customize PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules to meet client needs.
- Collaborate closely with technical developers, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-user training.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and process improvements within the Campus Solutions suite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth system performance and user satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a functional consultant with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in a higher education environment.
- Good understanding of business processes in admissions, student records, financial aid, and related areas.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft modules such as Student Records, Admissions, Financial Aid, and Campus Community.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
