Responsibilities

 

  • Drive order intake and revenue growth across the assigned region, including pricing strategy and margin management
  • Lead sales planning and execution, ensuring delivery of team targets and business objectives
  • Coach, mentor, and develop solution sales teams, enhancing performance and capabilities
  • Actively participate in complex customer negotiations and senior-level discussions

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in solution-based or industrial environments
  • Well verse in understanding of equipment and service-related businesses
