Description
- Drive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify, originate, and close high-value commercial opportunities and partnerships
- Manage the full deal lifecycle from sourcing and negotiation to closure
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape and prioritise growth initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful execution of new initiatives
- Develop business cases supported by market insights and analysis
- Track and manage pipeline performance, forecasting, and reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Proven track record of closing commercial deals or strategic partnerships
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially sharp, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
