Job Responsibilities

  • Rotate between different service areas including in-room dining, lounge, and rooftop bar.
  • Retrieve food orders from the restaurant and deliver them promptly to guests.

  • Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked, with all equipment functioning properly.

  • Oversee beverage inventory, coordinate restocking, and maintain optimal stock levels while following quality and cost guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Certification or knowledge in alcohol service is a plus.
  • Possess a friendly, outgoing personality that helps create a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Demonstrate good personal hygiene and discipline in maintaining cleanliness at the bar and work areas.
