Purpose of Role:

Support the day-to-day planning, setup and performance monitoring of promotional mechanics

The role will focus primarily on voucher operations, budget management, gamification execution, and campaign readiness to ensure smooth and effective campaign launches.
Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end planning, alignment of key information with stakeholders and execution of campaign mechanics such as vouchers and gamification during ecommerce sales periods.

Manage campaign configurations including budgets, vouchers and promotional tools.

Monitor campaign performance in real-time, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Conduct post-campaign analyses and recommend improvements to campaign performance and processes.
Minimum requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's degree, Polytechnic Diploma or tertiary education degree, with a specialization in Marketing/Business Administration
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in ecommerce, campaign/marketing operations, or project management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Comfortable working with data and performance tracking.

Experience with promotional tools, gamification mechanics, or campaign execution is a plus.
