Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of the APJC EIC Cohort(planning,stakeholder coordination, logistics, risk management and delivery)
- Ensure high quality, consistent participant experience that aligns with global program standards while addressing regional nuances.
- Track cohort-specific milestones,risks,issues, and KPIs provide regular status updates to the global PgM
- Partner closely with recruiting, P&C, Regional sales leadership,Enablement and logistics team in Americas.
- Support program governance.
- Help evolve the program toward AI-era readiness through operational improvements and automation opporrunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Proven success managing complex, cross functional projects in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desired.
