Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and annual financial closing activities and ensure accurate management reporting
- Oversee project accounting, revenue recognition, costing, and profitability analysis
- Manage full-spectrum finance operations including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and cash flow
- Handle regional and multi-currency reporting, including FX revaluation and cross-border transactions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, audit, and statutory requirements
- Partner with operational stakeholders to support project and commercial performance
- Drive process improvements and support finance system / ERP enhancement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience within MNC or project-based environments
- Well verse in project accounting and revenue recognition
- Experience in multi-currency and regional reporting environments
- Well verse in IFRS/SFRS and audit processes
- Independent, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
