IT Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the IT function, with oversight of team performance, priorities, and delivery outcomes
? Drive the organisation’s technology roadmap, with a focus on applications, automation, and AI initiatives
? Own end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects, from scoping and prioritisation to execution and rollout
? Oversee the strategy and performance of business applications, ensuring alignment with operational and commercial needs
? Identify and implement opportunities for automation and AI, improving productivity, decision-making, and service delivery
? Work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
? Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and user experience
? Establish governance, standards, and best practices for application management and project delivery
? Monitor performance, risks, and outcomes across IT initiatives, providing clear visibility to management
? Build and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering ownership, capability, and execution discipline

Requirements:
? At least 5 years of experience in IT, digital, or technology-related roles
? Proven experience in driving IT or digital initiatives end-to-end
? Good ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
? Credible stakeholder manager with sound commercial judgement
? Exposure to or interest in AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives
