Educator

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for individual students and small groups.
Monitor student progress, provide personalised feedback, and address learning gaps proactively.
Support students in exam preparation, critical thinking, and confidence building.
Maintain and uphold teaching quality standards across assigned classes and educators.
Conduct lesson observations, audits, and reviews to ensure consistent teaching excellence.
Coach, mentor, and support educators to improve instructional effectiveness and classroom performance.
Develop and track improvement plans for educators requiring additional support.
Support onboarding and training of new educators to align with centre standards.
Monitor student learning outcomes and implement targeted interventions to improve performance.
Collaborate with the curriculum team to create and refine lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, and teaching resources.
Ensure curriculum materials are aligned with the MOE syllabus and best teaching practices.
Research and implement innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
Assist with administrative duties, resource management, educational events, workshops, and content creation initiatives where required.

Diploma or Degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of teaching and/or tutoring experience.
Proven track record in improving results for average and weaker-performing students.
Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior educators.
Equipped knowledge of the MOE, PSLE, and O-Level curriculum and marking standards.
Excellent classroom management, communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
Ability to customise lesson plans and teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with educational technology platforms such as Notion, ClickUp, and Miro is a plus
Creative, analytical, and able to clearly explain concepts and teaching methodologies beyond simply demonstrating solutions.
