Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed service sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives within assigned territories.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure successful service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to expand market reach and drive business growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage key customer and strategic account relationships effectively.
  • Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals accurately and within required timelines.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to provide market insights and support strategic business planning.
  • Develop customer retention strategies and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling service solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, business reviews, and performance reports, while implementing corrective measures where required.
  • Support regional business development initiatives and contribute to the organisation’s overall growth strategy.
  • Perform additional duties and undertake projects assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B service sales or within the technical equipment industry.
  • Experience managing regional markets, distributors, or channel partners across Southeast Asia.
  • Well verse in commercial awareness with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
