SAP Finance Specialist (12 months contract)

Duration: 12 months contract, with an option to renew depending on performance

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Specialist to join our team and support the existing finance team in driving the finance-related aspects of our company-wide transformation initiatives. This role will play a critical part in the implementation of SAP, MES, and SuccessFactors, ensuring that all finance requirements are met and processes are effectively optimized.

About the Job

• Serve as the key liaison between the finance department, the project implementation team and system implementor for SAP, MES, and SuccessFactors.
• Analyze and document current finance business processes, identifying areas for improvement within the new system landscape.
• Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP finance modules (e.g., FICO – Financial Accounting and Controlling).
• Ensure accurate and seamless data migration from legacy systems to new platforms, with a focus on financial data integrity.
• Develop and deliver training materials, and conduct training sessions for finance end-users.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to the new systems post-implementation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and integration of financial processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, with a solid focus on finance modules.
• Proven background in a finance or accounting role, with a deep understanding of financial processes and reporting.
• Experience in large-scale system migrations or enterprise-wide transformations.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Experience with SuccessFactors and MES implementations.
• Professional certification in SAP or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing, or repair/overhaul environment.
