Job scopes:

  • Support full recruitment cycle for front- and back-of-house roles, including interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely staffing based on operational needs.
  • Assist in coordinating new-hire training, service standards programs, and maintain training records.
  • Manage HR administration including employee files, contracts, confirmations, attendance, and leave updates.
  • Handle payroll support such as preparing attendance/OT data, verifying employee movements, and coordinating with payroll vendors.
  • Provide employee relations support, addressing staff concerns and assisting in performance or disciplinary discussions.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies, supporting audits when required.
  • Coordinate safety briefings, certifications, and operational compliance documentation.
