| *Position: Warehouse Asst, S$2.5K, 12-month, Paya Lebar* |
| Job Summary: Responsible in performing all activities related to shipment and inventory in the warehouse |
| Job Scope: |
| Inspect and receive incoming shipments |
| Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods |
| Picking and packing of goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy according to shipping documents. |
| Manage and coordinate physical inventory and perform cycle counts as requested |
| Process inbound and outbound inventory into ERP system |
| Prepare related document before delivery e.g invoices, delivery orders etc |
| Coordinate with local transporters to deliver goods to the customers. |
| General housekeeping of warehouse |
| Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager |

| Requirements: |
| Minimum 1 year related experience |
| Able to use warehouse equipments e.g. hand pallets etc, training will be provided |
| Knowledge in Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel and MS Word |
| A team player, diligent and responsible |
| Willing to work overtime, on holidays and weekends as and when necessary or as requested |

| Salary – S$2.5K + Overtime pay |
| Contract duration: 12-month contract, convertible to perm |
| Commencement Date: Immediate |
| Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm |
