Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure smooth, high-quality operations for a corporate office environment. This role reports to the Account Manager and plays a key part in delivering excellent service and maintaining client relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field
• 7–10 years of facilities management experience, with some leadership exposure
• Solid knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, BMS)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in vendor and budget management
