An established and expanding automotive business is seeking an experienced Service Manager (4S Operations) to lead front-of-house aftersales operations at a full-scale dealership facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Service Advisors and front desk operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
- Manage end-to-end service process, including booking, vehicle check-in, job allocation, and final handover
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience throughout the service journey
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor service performance metrics such as daily volume, turnaround time, and advisor productivity
- Drive customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention through consistent service excellence
- Coordinate closely with workshop, parts, and other internal teams to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and service quality guidelines
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in automotive aftersales or customer service
- Experience managing frontline service teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
