Location: Tampines MRT 
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely support and coordinating follow-up actions.
  • Organise and facilitate customer visits, including factory tours, business meetings, and product presentations.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Based in Singapore and familiar with the local business landscape.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly for customer visits and business development activities.
    • Typically 3–4 days per trip
    • Average of two overseas trips per month
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset with drive to achieve sales targets.
