CEO– Digital Payments / Remittance

We are seeking a dynamic CEO to lead our fast-growing remittance and payments business. Reporting to the Board, you will drive strategy, growth, and regulatory compliance while building partnerships across the financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall corporate strategy, growth, and operational execution
• Drive expansion across Southeast Asia and new market opportunities
• Ensure full compliance with MAS regulations and maintain financial licenses
• Oversee business functions including sales, operations, finance, and compliance
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and growth metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, banks, and key partners
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and strategic initiatives (e.g., M&A)
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• Proven leadership experience (CEO/COO/GM or similar)
• Well verse in regulatory frameworks and the payments ecosystem
• Experience in Southeast Asia markets and cross-border business
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
