Drone Assembler Technician (Science Park)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical components into complete systems and sub-assemblies.
  • Read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Perform wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly tasks with precision.
  • Safely and effectively operate hand tools, measuring instruments, and assembly fixtures.
  • Achieve daily production and output targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out minor repairs as required.
  • Monitor production processes, identify quality deviations or equipment malfunctions, and report issues promptly.
  • Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and quality procedures.

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Proficient in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and mechanical assembly techniques.
  • Good visual acuity with the ability to identify and handle small components accurately.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to quality and safety.
