Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Lead shopfloor critical incident management.
- Be the focal contact point between site and global digital support team (AIMS) for incident management and change management.
- Oversee the infrastructure monitoring automation
- Monitor and ensure SLA for incident management and service delivery
- Continuously improve the maturity of process/practice for incident management and change management
- Manage the process of digital infrastructure Project Managed service (PMS) for Modulus Singapore site
Requirements:
- Adept with technical skills: Windows, network fundamentals and technical execution.
- Problem solving; Incident management, change management (ITIL)
- Expertise about IT infrastructure, security foundations, including the architecture:
- Network
- Firewall flow fundamentals
- Windows servers / Active Directory
- Knowledge on system architecture.
- Knowledge on Quality process such as GxP change control management.
- Business environment: Pharma industry – Vaccines, Manufacturing Environment, GxP compliance.
