Key Responsibilities
- Support the full lifecycle of events, from ideation and planning to execution and post-event evaluation
- Assist in developing creative concepts aligned with client objectives and brand goals
- Prepare detailed event timelines, production schedules, and run sheets
- Support client servicing and account management, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
- Oversee on-site operations and ensure smooth execution during event days
- Liaise with vendors (e.g., production, AV, logistics partners) for quotations, planning, and execution
- Negotiate cost-effective solutions while maintaining high quality standards
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and post-event reports
- Maintain accurate documentation including budgets, contracts, and schedules
- Contribute ideas to enhance audience engagement and event experience
- Support the delivery of meaningful experiential events that create lasting impact
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in event management, production, operations, or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Good organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Passion for events and experiential marketing
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit
