Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Importers and Dealers to establish annual sales plans and targets aligned with regional objectives and timelines.
- Develop and execute annual new vehicle retail and wholesale plans, including order forecasts and scheduling.
- Coordinate production supply planning to ensure achievement of annual sales targets.
- Define and agree on market performance KPIs with Importers.
- Prepare and analyse market reports to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses.
- Develop and implement effective stock management systems and control measures.
- Manage tactical sales budgets and incentive schemes in line with financial guidelines, ensuring accurate claims processing.
- Support Importers and Dealers in key account visits and tender submissions.
- Oversee implementation of sales processes and operational standards.
- Collaborate with Importers and Dealers to plan and execute sales promotions supporting target achievement.
- Implement and monitor sales initiatives aimed at increasing market share.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Track competitor activities and develop appropriate countermeasures.
- Enhance customer delight initiatives and ensure robust lead management processes are in place.
- Review showroom sales processes to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Provide coaching and development support to Sales Managers.
- Oversee sales training participation and effectiveness, including post-training action plans.
- Support certification processes for Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Coordinate measures to address customer complaints, product concerns, and pricing competitiveness.
- Review financial and sales performance metrics with Importers and Dealers.
- Liaise with potential partners to assess operational readiness in new or emerging markets.
- Identify and evaluate new business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including team coordination responsibilities.
- Proven experience in importer or dealer management and customer relationship handling.
- Regional dealer management experience within a commercial environment
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory to support business activities.
