Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead shopfloor critical incident management.
• Be the focal contact point between site and global digital support team (AIMS) for incident management and change management.
• Oversee the infrastructure monitoring automation
• Monitor and ensure SLA for incident management and service delivery
• Continuously improve the maturity of process/practice for incident management and change management
• Manage the process of digital infrastructure Project Managed service (PMS) for Modulus Singapore site

 

Requirements:

• Adept with technical skills: Windows, network fundamentals and technical execution.
• Problem solving; Incident management, change management (ITIL)
• Expertise about IT infrastructure, security foundations, including the architecture:
  • Network
  • Firewall flow fundamentals
  • Windows servers / Active Directory
• Knowledge on system architecture.
• Knowledge on Quality process such as GxP change control management.
• Business environment:  Pharma industry – Vaccines, Manufacturing Environment, GxP compliance.
