Service Coordinator ($4500 / Marine / Transport Provided)

Location: Loyang (Company transport available from selected pickup points)

Salary: $3,000 - $4,500

• Weekend Duty Allowance: $120 per duty (half-day, remote)
• Weekend Duty: Rostered Saturday, average once every 2 months

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
WFH: Not available (except rostered Saturday duty)

Job Scope:
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone and email.
* Process quotations, job orders, and service requests.
* Coordinate schedules for engineers, subcontractors, and customers.
* Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
* Monitor service progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Prepare purchase requests, shipping documents, and warranty claims.
* Assist with travel bookings and other administrative duties.
* Support audits, inspections, and ad hoc assignments.
