    • Develop and evaluate performance objectives of your team on a yearly basis • Provide accurate forecasting of sales opportunities / budget • Managing the team which include developing the capabilities of staff through guiding and grooming them • Responsible to ensure that the sales team understand and adopt the correct strategies on different clients in order to develop appropriate value propositions that represent our entire product and service solutions portfolio • Conduct site inspections to client across all business sectors • Attend to all customer related matters i.e. compliments and complaints • Develop and maintain effective communication between all supporting departments • Identify new business opportunities to provide and maintain a constant flow of sale leads • Review and established key processes, policies and procedures; develop and implement department strategies and goals • Define and refine the roles and responsibilities of the team member and established key performance indicators for the team • Budget planning for every financial year and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and to optimize those strategies set • Conduct market research and keep abreast of market trends, market demand and comparable market sales prices • Leverage on existing and new connections to build partnership and secure new opportunities • Constantly exploring new opportunities to market our facilities and services to clients • Deputized for the Senior Director in her absence
