    Primary Responsibilities: • Provide website support to member firms, maintain the support tool, QA testing, provide training in different settings, create content for and help maintain the company training site. Position Summary: The Global Digital Support Specialist will be responsible for helping to coordinate and deliver company support to member firms around the world. This role will also help provide training in various settings (live, webinars, written, recorded) and help update and maintain a robust training website. Finally, this role will be expected to help maintain and monitor the support tool that is in use, play an active role in QA testing the site, and help maintain the top-level Company Global site.

    • Provide onboarding support to all new hires in the bank. • Act as the first point of contact for all resourcing & onboarding related queries from hiring managers, and employees; • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment; • Assist in the recruitment process (eg: trigger work pass / relocation process, post job adverts, trigger & track progress of pre-employment vetting); • Maintaining/ updating HR databases/ systems including intranet or Sharepoint sites; • Other adhoc duties such as invoice validation, etc.

    Job Description: • He/She will develop policies to ensure compliance with IFRS 17 which will be provided to country entity • He/She will need to review and provide feedback on the policies and to obtain validation from local business stakeholders. • Responsible for ensuring appropriate controls are in place to meet the policies requirements. • Drafting of accounting policies, consultation with auditors (internal and external) and engagement with LIA, ISCA and ASC (if any). • Identify and define local reporting disclosure requirements with agreement with external auditors • Data remediation and data feed from GL to internal finance system • Assess downstream and upstream impact of IFRS 17 • Manage General Ledger changes and mapping for Group Reporting requirements • Design and implementation of Finance Controls • Review changes required to existing spreadsheets maintained by Finance • Partner with business to support business and investment strategies • Manage change in Management Information requirements • Develop forecasting capability under IFRS 17 • Support entity level governance from Finance perspective • Stakeholder management
