    • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions for the Business Unit (recruitment, performance management, compensation / salary administration, learning & development) • Proactively partner with Managers to provide strategic advice in addressing employee and organisational issues • Act as a change agent and coach line managers in people management / employee relations issues • Implement group wide or country specific initiatives in areas such as organisation development, reward and talent management to make a best place to work • Responsible for the country’s HRIS (Success Factors) and take part in the implementation process as Train-the-Trainer / Super User • Drive organisational engagement activities and work with Regional office on ad-hoc project assignments • Undertake HR Projects in alignment with business objectives (continuous improvement, salary / benefits benchmarking, talent development and succession planning etc.) • Plan & administer training programmes in accordance with the organisation's training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current / future needs of the business
