    Our client is a MULTI-BILLION FMCG MNC with more than 100 years of rich history. Due to planned expansion, they are actively seeking for suitable candidates for the role of Key Account Manager. ABOUT THE ROLE Achieve budget sales targets Drive distribution of the assigned portfolio through the distributors and sales channels based on brand strategies Improve visibility of the assigned portfolio at the Point Of Purchase (POP) across all assigned outlets and channels Actively secure new customers for the assigned portfolio of brands across assigned channels Responsible for coordinating merchandising and Point Of Sale Material (POSM) for the generic portfolio as well as special promotions Execution of consumer promotions at the POP Schedule promotions / events with target accounts and dist. Reps. Communication of competitor activities Provide accurate sales, stock inventory and A&P spend forecast within approved limits prescribed by the company. Secure preferred deals status for the assigned portfolio within commercial and marketing parameters with customers in the assigned territory. Build long-term brand presence while building long-term account relationships Understand the importance of merchandising and seek opportunities for brand presence in the market. Build relationships with Key On and Off trade customers WHAT IT TAKES TO EXCEL First hand Field Sales experience Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercia Knowledge and experience of Distribution, consumer and trade promotions. Organized, Ambitious, Self-starter, outgoing, charismatic personality, independent but also a team-player. Adapt at selling and interacting with diverse groups of people
