    Job responsibilities • Manage client renewals to improve profitability • Manage business integration, including process and system set up • Manage performance standard to achieve service level agreements and client satisfaction. • Investigate root causes of service issues and recommend corrective and preventive solution • Identify opportunities to expand services provided to clients, introduce additional value-added services to clients and share the leads with Business development. • Identify and support streamlining of existing business process to ensure company profitability. • Monitor and drive continuous improvements of the operational performance in terms of services, efficiency and quality • Manage good practice of business communications and business review meetings to ensure regular performance review with clients. • Develop and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders on the performance of the Client Management team • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients. • Collaborate with company cross functional and client and client teams for service solutions. Job requirements • You have strong understanding of clients’ industry/business/products • You have strong client management skills with proven analytical and quantitative skills • You have 5 years of relevant experience or You have a degree in Business Administration/Management/Supply Chain/Logistics or an equivalent degree
