Due to strategic plans, they are having a newly-created role of Regional Internal Control Manager in Singapore's office. Job Responsibilities: • Spearhead and implement Internal Control projects • Provide support in internal/ external audits and monitor the follow-up for audit action plans • Help affiliates to identify control gaps, establish remediation plans and follow-up • Help affiliates to establish correct plans • Communicate and train on principles, tools, best practices and Internal Control • Monitor and support compliance with regulatory Internal Control by on-site visits • Understand and document key processes, identify and prioritize risks and related controls • Assess the existence and the design/ operating effectiveness of the controls • Develop sampling strategies, effective plans and perform testing of the operating-effectiveness of controls • Continuously report results and achievements regarding agreed objectives, and provide follow-up to stakeholders • Understand company's key risks like financial, operations, compliance and strategic risks, their processes, activities, organization, policies and procedures to independently and objectively evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control and provide recommendations to improve the overall management of risk
