    Responsibilities • Support a team of service supervisors & technicians in daily operational matters. • Manage service job reports and daily timesheets, ensuring information is accurate and all required documentation is in placed • Prepare quotation, generate picking list, delivery note and purchase order promptly upon request. • Timely process of supplier invoices in billing system before month end closing. • Follow-up closely with various internal & external stakeholders on daily service job issues. • Act as a liaison between off-site supervisors/technicians and other departments. • Provide administrative support to supervisors & technicians, assisting the staff to prepare their claims, leave applications and any ad hoc documents. • Attend to customer queries, complaints and feedback. • Generate data from SAP as and when required.
