    Job scopes • Develop and evaluate performance objectives of your team on a yearly basis • Provide accurate forecasting of sales opportunities / budget • Responsible to ensure that the sales team understand and adopt the correct strategies on different clients in order to develop appropriate value propositions that represent our entire product and service solutions portfolio • Attend to all customer related matters i.e. compliments and complaints • Identify new business opportunities to provide and maintain a constant flow of sale leads • Review and established key processes, policies and procedures; develop and implement department strategies and goals • Define and refine the roles and responsibilities of the team member and established key performance indicators for the team • Budget planning for every financial year and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and to optimize those strategies set • Conduct market research and keep abreast of market trends, market demand and comparable market sales prices • Leverage on existing and new connections to build partnership and secure new opportunities • Constantly exploring new opportunities to market our facilities and services to clients

    Responsibilities • Lead all trade sales, trade support initiatives and activities in Singapore and Southeast Asia • Responsible for the growth of our distribution channels and automated reservation tools in the territory • Responsible for profitable revenue generation and maximize inventory utilization of our travel partners • Analyze our travel partner client needs and coordinate the development, execution and follow-up of the sales strategies • Responsible for updating our clients on itineraries, pricing and product enhancements of our brand • Assist and support the client in securing corporate MICE business • Generate regular sales reports & competitors' analysis for the management • Coordinate all sales meetings, seminar on-board, ship tours and product training for travel agent partners
