    Develop a HR strategy and related action plans relevant to a environment to ensure that human capital needs are promptly attended to; Provide recommendations and reports which assist Management in decision-making and understanding the needs of organisational development; Ensure the payroll is in compliance with statutory requirements and meets deadlines and reporting requirements; Provide an innovative learning environment for employees to maximise their potential; Review and negotiate the terms of the Collective Agreement and maintain harmonious industrial relations; Assist and advise HODs on HR matters, ensuring at all times that activities comply with the policies and statutory legislation; Oversee investigations dealing with Member/staff matters, including liasing with the relevant departments/Committtees; Review and update HR policies and processes, the Employee Handbook, and the Onboarding Program; Oversee Training and Development; Compensation, Benefits; Talent Management, Retention; Manpower Planning; Recruitment etc; Oversee Office Administration which includes Insurance Administration, IT System and Helpdesk Support; Undertake all duties in a professional and friendly manner, building a cohesive relationship with Staff and Members; Assists Director, Corporate Services to ensure the HR policies and processes comply with internal and statutory requirements;
