    The System Analyst shall maintain a trusted data foundation leveraging established enterprise architecture practices and standard. Efforts will be required to provide necessary admin support to support Data Council meetings, user engagement workshops and to develop artefact templates with supporting documentation. 1.1 The three key aspects in the scope of work for the System Analyst supporting Assistant Director (Information Management): a. Data Quality. This is to strengthen the trustworthiness of the data required by users. In the development of the data foundation, the System Analyst will play a key role in the development of the data management strategy, develop data model standards and support user engagement sessions (as part of the change management plan). b. Data Sharing. Adoption of data standards will lead to a common understanding on the definition, format and usage of data, and hence, facilitates data sharing within the organizations. The System Analyst will help users to maintain the required metadata repository to improve data sharing and business analytics capability. c. Regulatory Compliance. The System Analyst will review the generated data artefacts by users for internal and external regulatory compliance e.g. government level policy and standard.
