    Job Summary: • To assist Head, Group HR in the planning and execution of HR strategy including new initiatives, staff retention, compensation and benefits, welfare, employee engagement and employee learning & development. • Act as business partner to provide advice to functional heads on HR related matters. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Talent Management & Development • Support development and delivery of HR strategy and lead communication, implementation and measurement of key people initiatives and programs • Review & implement HR policies and processes to enhance employee experience and strengthen employer branding • Work with functional heads to develop learning strategies in line with business needs, establish a learning culture and enhance employee’s performance and development • Coordinate and conduct employee orientation / onboarding program • Assist in development of learning management system (LMS) and onboarding / training videos • Formulate training policies, calendar and programs • Organize and develop training manuals, reference library, multi-media training tools and other educational materials • Maintain and track training records, create reports and presentations for management updates • Manage training administration including application of training grants and identification of other sources of funding • Reinforce company vision and core values, develop leaders to be strong ambassadors of vision and values Employee Relations & Engagement • Attend to employees’ queries, grievances and issues • Coach managers on performance management and staff development issues • Organize employee activities and company events to enhance communication and staff engagement Compensation & Benefits • Assist in budget planning, forecasting and tracking • Review and implement compensation & benefit strategy, bonuses and recognition programs • Manage and facilitate year-end processes including performance reviews and goal setting, salary review and bonus payouts • Stand-in for Assistant HR Manager in supervising and checking payroll and claims prepared by the HR Executive to ensure accuracy and timely payment Others • Assist in talent acquisition and other HR duties / projects as assigned
