Job Description: • Promote, meet and/or excess sales and service goals in Client's retail stores island-wide • Possess strong sales, service and product knowledge • High sense of accountability • Maintain high levels of customer service, customer satisfaction and integrity to minimize dissatisfaction and returned product volumes • Maintain excellent sales, product, and service knowledge at all times so as to deliver best customer solution and cross-train team members. • Develop strong working relationships with store manager and internal teams • Ensure that in-store team is trained and briefed on new product information. • Perform regular visual merchandising checks to ensure compliance to merchandising guidelines. • Work with the Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Managers to discuss inventory levels and restocking requirements as scheduled • Participate in quarterly meetings to discuss store performance and initiatives for growth.
