Job Description

The person will be responsible for managing procurement and AP queries which come to the helpdesk team

• Perform Vendor Maintenance activities in accordance with the client’s Vendor Maintenance internal control procedures
• Ensuring that duplicate creations of Vendors are avoided – review and assess details prior to setting up Vendor Profiles
• Receives queries from internal stakeholders or external vendors and assign the appropriate team for action
• Advise the requestor when the action is complete or if further information is necessary
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues when there are discrepancies/ unclear requests sent
• Maintain back-ups for audit purposes
• Liaise and work with Counterparts/Partner to ensure rapid research and response times
• Perform special projects as assigned by Team Lead or Manager
• Complies with all client published policies/ procedures and any legal regulatory requirements in addition to ensuring that Client’s Service Level Agreement is met

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or any Business-related course with 2+ years working experience in related field;
• Good working knowledge of an ERP system; ORACLE experience would be an advantage
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
