Job Description

• Execute marketing strategy/initiatives to support company’s business and marketing goals, both internally and externally
• Work with marketing shared services team to ensure messages and content are optimally promoted and that digital channels and tools are efficiently used
• Analyze digital marketing metrics/reports and make measured recommendations
• Execute initiatives related to marketing and leadership meetings/events
• Communicate with local country’s counterparts based in South Korea/Japan/Thailand/Vietnam to provide marketing support for projects.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of marketing experience
• Experience in most elements of relationship marketing and communications, in particular content and digital marketing and social media marketing
• Broad and deep understanding and skills in strategic marketing and communications
• Can apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills to digital marketing strategies and execution
• Global perspective and understanding of our business and the marketplace we operate in
• Strong programme management skills with an emphasis on measurement and reporting
• Knowledge and familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Elevate, Wordpress and other social media analysis tools, etc. a plus
• Business language proficiency in Korean/ Japanese/Thai/ Vietnamese is a must to effectively liaise with local country’s counterparts. Interested candidates must substantiate language proficiency with relevant certifications.
• Contract: 12 months (renewable/convertible to permanent after performance review)

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex or disputed issues, with the ability to influence across our matrix organisation
• Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in a professional setting
• Desire and aptitude to learn new concepts and content quickly
