Job Description

Responsibilities:
• To travel to client site locations and perform hardware troubleshooting and parts replacement for PC and system hardware.
• Assist with hardware and PC repairs in the workshop.
• Perform RFID tagging of client vehicles at client premises, as required.
• To perform basic admin work e.g. preparing job reports, quotations
• Respond to 24/7 support phone after hours (when on duty)

• Candidate must be willing to assist to 24/7 phone support ( when on duty)

Requirements:
• Basic PC repair skills - ability to replace and install PC components such as hard disks, memory, motherboards and power supplies.
• Basic Windows Operating System knowledge - ability to log on and navigate Windows based PC systems
• Familiar with Microsoft Words. Excel and outlook
• Class 3 Driving license is required.
