Job Description

Summary of Job Duties:
• Admin support to the department
• Manage events (seminar, entertainment, festive events)
• Manage Desk & Market Heads Daily Calendar entries (meetings/ conference calls scheduling, generation of past activities report for Desk & Market Heads reviews, conference registration, restaurant/ hotel/ transport bookings, etc.)
• Handle ad-hoc requests from team (VC, conference calls, meetings venues, courier, client hotel bookings, trips related materials, restaurant bookings, venue bookings)
• Handle travel related booking/arrangement
• Handle new joiner/ leaver matters (info updates, GSRs, regulatory reporting)
• Handle corporate gifts to clients (budget approval, list compilation, delivery, final approval)
• Assist visitors in obtaining access and desk/ pc
• Process expense reimbursements for the team
• And other ad-hoc requests from the department

• Any field with strong banking experience in administration.
• Meticulous and have a keen eye for details
• Good sense for urgency
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Is comfortable and able to manage routine tasks
