Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Healthcare / Digital Health

We are partnering with a growing healthcare organisation undergoing digital transformation. They are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their technology strategy, platform development, and adoption of AI-driven capabilities across the business.

This is a key leadership role responsible for building scalable systems, driving innovation, and aligning technology initiatives with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organisation’s technology and digital strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead the design and development of scalable applications, platforms, and integrations
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to enhance operations and decision-making
• Oversee end-to-end technology delivery, including engineering, systems, data, and security
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across local and offshore locations
• Own the technology roadmap, architecture, and long-term platform strategy
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions
• Establish governance, best practices, and standards across development and infrastructure
• Manage external vendors and technology partners

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technology or engineering functions with end-to-end ownership
• At least 8 years of experience managing engineering or IT teams, including distributed teams
• Solid track record of delivering applications or platforms at scale
• Experience defining and executing technology roadmaps and system architecture
• Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives in a business environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
